With nearly 9 years of estate agency experience and a first-class honours degree in Business Studies with Marketing, Sam believes in adding value to you, your experience and your residence. Having started his career at his family business, an esteemed estate agency based in Berkshire, he developed his sales skills and learned the ins and outs of buying and selling properties in the UK. 

Sam’s invaluable insight and attention to detail is reflected in his exceptional service to clients, ensuring that they are well taken care of throughout their selling or letting journey. He prides himself on securing successful results for his clients, educating them on the SW London property market, and developing trusted long-term partnerships with them. 

Sam’s natural knack for fostering motivation and leadership makes him a strong mentor for our ambitious, fast-growing team.

Outside of work, Sam can often be found in Parsons Green or Westbourne Grove. He enjoys running through Hyde Park or splitting the G at a local pub.

Rob brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across property, media and education. His career has taken him from Chair of the Publishers Association for Education to Managing Director of a digital business in the education sector. Now, he brings his operational rigour and seasoned expertise to Beaufort Green, supporting his son Charlie and co-founder Sam as the estate agency scales.

As a landlord of several properties over the past three decades, Rob understands the realities of property ownership from the inside. He brings that experience directly to Beaufort Green's landlord network, offering practical, well-informed support to those navigating the lettings market.

Rob's role spans the operational backbone of the business, ensuring the team has the structure and support it needs to deliver the exceptional service Beaufort Green is known for.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys avoiding the gym, cooking and eating.

With a proven track record spanning years in the industry, Charlie brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for property to the Beaufort Green team. He’s worked with clients at every stage of their property journey, from first-time buyers stepping onto the ladder to seasoned investors managing complex portfolios, and understands the needs, pressures and priorities that come with each.

Charlie prides himself on bringing his in-depth knowledge of the market, strategic and considered approach, and a consistent ability to achieve outstanding results to his clients at Beaufort Green. He partners closely with them to ensure they are fully informed and well supported through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Ashley brings eight years of agency experience, and has worked his way up to sales valuer specialising in the West London market. He brings a sharp understanding of the market and proven ability to guide clients through the sales process at Beaufort Green.

His background in business, entrepreneurship and management gives Ashley an edge that helps him understand how buyers and sellers think, what motivates them, and how to bring both sides of a deal together in a well-managed, friendly manner.

At Beaufort Green, Ashley brings a breadth of experience informed by his tenure at a larger agency, coupled with the attentiveness and dedication that only a boutique agency can truly provide.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys hitting the gym, playing padel, eating good food, and visiting new places on weekends off.

Macy joins the team with a sharp eye for content and a deep understanding of what makes property audiences stop and engage. With a background in content creation in the real estate industry, she brings sector knowledge and creative instincts to how Beaufort Green shows up across every platform.

Working closely with the wider team, Macy captures high-resolution content of our stunning properties, plans our social storytelling, and scripts scroll-stopping videos that showcase Beaufort Green’s premium inventory in the best possible light.

Macy’s distinctive creative approach, technical expertise and data-led mindset is at the heart of our agency’s day-to-day online presence.

Outside of work, Macy can be found at a pilates studio with a matcha in hand, before going out for dinner.

Pedro brings over 12 years of professional photography experience to the team, and specialises in shooting premium real estate projects. Using both natural light and studio setups to capture elevated interior imagery, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that portrays our clients’ homes in the best possible light.
