Beaufort Green shortlisted for High Street Business of the Year

We’re proud to share that Beaufort Green has been shortlisted for High Street Business of the Year at the H&F Business Awards 2026.

With 160 applications submitted across this year’s awards, being named among the finalists is a recognition that means a great deal to us — not least because of the category itself.

Beaufort Green was built around the idea that an estate agency should feel connected to the place it represents. Fulham and Parsons Green aren’t simply where we work; they’re neighbourhoods we know, spend our time in and care about.

Since opening our doors on the New Kings Road, we’ve always wanted Beaufort Green to feel like part of the fabric of the area: an independent agency with a strong local presence, a personal approach and a genuine understanding of the people and places that make this part of London what it is.

The high street sits at the heart of that.

Independent cafés, restaurants, shops and businesses give Fulham its character and create the sense of community that continues to draw people here. To be recognised alongside businesses that contribute so much to the borough makes this shortlist feel especially meaningful.

Over the past two years, Beaufort Green has grown, but the thinking behind the business has stayed much the same. We believe in local knowledge, personal relationships and doing things with care. We’ve never wanted to be the biggest agency; we want to be one people know, trust and enjoy working with.

Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to work with brilliant clients, collaborate with other independent businesses, support local initiatives and become increasingly involved in the community around us. Those relationships are a huge part of what Beaufort Green has become.

Being shortlisted feels like recognition of exactly what we hoped to build from the beginning: an independent estate agency with genuine roots in its neighbourhood.

The winners will be announced at the H&F Business Awards ceremony on Thursday 17 September at the Civic Campus in Hammersmith, where we’ll be joining fellow finalists and businesses from across the borough.

Whatever happens on the night, being recognised in a category that celebrates the businesses at the heart of our borough means a great deal to us.

Thank you, as always, to our clients, neighbours, local partners and everyone who has supported Beaufort Green over the past two years.

A proud chapter in the Beaufort Green story.
